Discovery Call

Once enrolled, schedule a Discovery Session with us. At this time, we will learn more about your company and request necessary information to integrate your company into the HR and Payroll system.

Strategy & Action Plan

View your roadmap outlining recommendations, timelines, and deliverables aligned with your business goals! We will conduct HR audits to develop a customized HR Strategy & Action Plan based on your goals and needs. We will assess compliance of the business as part of the action plan. 

Implementation

Time to implement the HR and Payroll system to execute the agreed upon strategy. The vision comes to life! At this stage, we will implement the HR and Payroll System for the company and its employees. 

Training

Once you have been integrated with our HR and Payroll System, download the mobile app! We'll provide training resources and the company wide communication.

Ongoing Support

Schedule and choose a regular cadence to meet with your HR Partner. We'll provide ongoing support to reach your business goals. Now you're on the way to success!
